fifa 2010 world cup rankings

What is "draw" in football?
I was looking, what goes through team if two teams finish on equal points, the same Goal difference etc in the group stage of World Cup and I found this on the website of FIFA – According to the rules of the FIFA 2010 World Cup ™ in South Africa, the ranking of each team in each group is determined as follows: match a) number of points obtained in all group matches matches, b) Goal difference in all group matches; c) the number of goals scored in all group matches achieved. If two or more teams are equal on the basis of three criteria listed above, rankings will be her: determined as follows d) the number of points obtained from the group matches reached between the teams in question; e) goal difference in the group matches between the teams in question, f) a greater number of goals scored in all group matches Matches between the teams concerned; g) drawing of lots by the FIFA Organising Committee. What does mean the final?
I'm glad some fans read the rules. It's great to hear. I'm proud of you. But there are a lot of blabber only YA without giving reasons. Anycase – Draw – Medium – teams that are tied (3 or more) the name of the country have put in a bowl and selected at random. The winner would be the one, the name was to be picked up. It could also mean it could be a coin toss – usually it happens when two teams in a tie. I do not recall in the history of World Cup – draw has ever occurred. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
